This will kick off our series from the Top 12 prospects from the February pre-season scouting showcase in Compton. Why 12 and not 10? Because I’m unconventional and damn I enjoy it.
I would be willing to bet that everyone’s top five picks would be pretty consistent, but the debates and the dreaming goes in those last seven guys of the preference list. So with the statement that no two pref lists are ever the same, I’ll start with No. 12 – catcher C.J. Saylor.
