By The Baseball Beginnings Guy

Jacoby Jones is a guy I think has made progress since I saw him a bit in the summer before his senior year.
I don’t have a lot of complaints here. He’s Ellsbury-ish. Plus runner, good defender, good hitter, decent power, good arm for the position. Good body and athletic. Never met the guy, but my advice would be to not phone it in just because you’re a better athlete than the guys around you or because the game appears as though it comes easier to you than to those around you. Be that guy who gets the most out of these tools. Don’t be the guy who says, eh, just enough is good enough. Those guys get traded. One note — fix the two twist triggers before the pro instructors do it for you.
